FRAME

Q: WHAT MATERIAL DO YOU USE FOR THE FRAME
We use a 50mm super wood frame with cross braces for extra support on the bigger frames. The top edge of the wood is cut with a 30 degree angle to the inside so that the edge of the frame is not pushing through to the front of the print. The wood used is a very hard wood to prevent warping from taking place

Q: HOW DO I HANG MY CANVAS
The canvas frames hang from a hook mounted on the back of the top bar of the canvas frame

Q: HOW DEEP IS MY CANVAS FROM THE WALL
We use a 50mm frame, so that, in effect then, will also be the depth of the frame from the wall

PRINT

Q: WHAT CANVAS MATERIAL DO YOU USE FOR PRINT
We use Picasso Satin canvas as it is the best in terms of durability as well as presenting accurate colours. It's finished off with a remarkable satin finish that other leading products doesn't have

Q: IS THE PRINT WATER RESISTANT
The print is water resistant and can easily be cleaned with a moist/damp cloth to prevent dust build-up

Q: WILL THE PRINT FADE OVER TIME
NO. NEVER. To ensure this we give it a double coating of acrylic sealer (although it's not necessary). This ensures an even longer lasting print with vibrant colors that is GUARANTEED NOT TO FADE

Q: DOES THE COATING AFFECT THE COLOUR
Not in the slightest bit. In fact, it actually enhances the colour for better and more crisp displays

PHOTOS

Q: WHAT SHOULD THE FORMAT OF THE PHOTOS BE
It should be in .png / .jpeg / .jpg / .pdf. This is the allowable uploads on the online store. If you'd like to send it in a different format, you can send photos via WE TRANSFER or DROPBOX - please contact us if you are unsure

Q: I WANT TO SEND MORE PHOTOS THAN IS ALLOWED ONLINE
You can upload the 2 photos online through the upload function on the order sheet, change the quantity on the order sheet as desired and send the rest of the photos with tools like WE TRANSFER [www.wetransfer.com] or DROPBOX [www.dropbox.com.] If there's any problems we'll assist until we've received all your photos for print

Q: CAN YOU PRINT FROM AN ORIGINAL
We'd have to get the original from you to scan and do some touch ups if necessary.  Originals can be couriered to We Canvas (PTY) LTD / Louis Trichardt Street 16 / Musina / 0900 or sent via registered post to We Canvas (PTY) LTD / PO BOX 1290 / Musina / 0900. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for photos getting lost in transit. We highly recommend that you do the scans at a local copy/scan internet café and send the photos to us digitally

Q: CAN YOU EDIT PHOTOS
Yes. It will be charged for according to the request. The precise amount will only be available after the project has been finished as it is determined by the amount of time spent for the requested results

ORDERS

Q: MY ORDER DOESN'T WANT TO PROCESS ONLINE
There might be a possibility that you've undergone a quick connection dip without noticing or the upload took longer than the allowable server upload time. We suggest reloading the page and process the order again. If you haven't signed up already, we suggest you do this first, as all of your information and order will be stored automatically without having to start all over again... If the issue persists, please contact us immediately

PAYMENT

Q: HOW DO I PAY
After the order has been placed online, you have an option at checkout to pay using PayFast. PayFast accepts credit cards, instant EFT and PayFast vouchers. Alternatively, you can do an EFT payment into our bank account of which the information is available on checkout

DELIVERY

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY
We don't charge for delivery on orders over R500. For orders under R500 we charge a flat rate of R99 for door to door courier delivery

Q: HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE
From the day the order has been placed and we've received your photos we currently communicate about 2 weeks for production [*due to very high volumes of orders] but this depends on the amount of orders to be processed at the time (it can be much sooner though and never later)

Q: CAN I ORGANISE MY OWN COURIERS
You may certainly organise couriers on your own cost with prior arrangement 

Q: WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE
We use The Courier Guy (http://thecourierguy.co.za)
